Ours has been broken out of box, now has ended with the top fold clip breaking because it wouldn’t slide over to unlock. How do we go about getting a warranty? It’s a faulty pram and if this is what we paid good money for then maybe I need to see the accc because the issues we’ve had with this is ridiculous, we just carry our child instead.

Don’t buy this brand, you will get lost when installing the chair. Such a big brand but wish shitty instructions. So regret buying this chair.

Agreeing with @gavinfoster673 here. The top tether strap comes facing the wrong way for the rearward facing position. This is a terrible design feature. It makes it ridiculously difficult to access to tighten and loosen the strap and is contradictory to the video instructions. I am surprised that Britax has not commented on this or done something to try rectify. Aside from that, it is an amazing seat and relatively simple to install. Shame about that one design floor which I imagine would not be a complex fix.

I am an engineer and can barely understand your instructions. You could really improve on this front. Otherwise, The seat seems very well built with good materials and mechanisms.

Perfect example of horrible instructions video. Why no Audio to begin with. Too fast. No instruction on how to unclip things. Disappointed took me hours to figure things out.

A key part that this video is missing is that the top tether strap comes facing the wrong way for the rearward facing position. The tether adjuster button faces inwards towards the seat instead of outwards towards the door like in the video. You need to twist the belt 180 degrees to get it to face outwards.

Really need to explain how to tighten loosen the seat, we have the new model and previous model, the latest version is just horrible to use. Would advise others to look into alternatives, that can be adjusted more easily, it seems like very poor design in the latest version.

What is the strap for that is attached to the tether strap and the base? is just to keep them from getting separated? ensuring you don't use it without the tether strap. kind of hangs about in the way.

Why do we need to ue a top strap tether when using ISOFIX?

I have been trying to install this carrier for 4 hours. The length of the straps connected to the tether point are completely different to what is shown in this video.

These instructions do not work.

The strap (permanently attached to the bar bear the baby's feet) on my Unity carrier is a different length to in this video. I can't understand how the carrier could possibly be properly fitted. While this video explains everything very clearly, the straps are a completely different length in real life. Very confusing.
